John Ganta is an Experience Designer and a scholar of the Liberal Arts in Grammar, Rhetoric, Geometry and Music. He is a Music Theory Master of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, along with Masters of Business Administration in Finance, with a speciality in quantitative statistics and investment portfolio management. His poly-disciplinary design process weaves the siloed branches of academia and their various codes into a manifold of surprising possibilities.

He is a lecturer and creative consultant and will sometimes collaborate with the larger corporation as long as common goals or vision is shared.
He is headquartered in the Silicon Valley of India, 'The Garden City,' or Bangalore, where he is a faculty member of the School of Law, Environment and Planning and the School of Design, Business & Tech at Srishti-Manipal University. He specializes in digital media technologies, morphology, branding & storytelling, Gestalt Theory, communications, experience design, growth strategy, new-media art & illustration.
He also goes by the alter-ego John Crucible, a historian and a commentator on anthropic cultures. He is the current Director of Crucible Gold PVT. LTD is a media company on a stealth mission to "bring an army of individuals into the fullness of their creative and economic potential."
